Other: so to explain we were on text_cp and saw this "cype" had gotten 6 seconds on what is a significantly large map with lots of steep ramps to make you loose speed, i personably do not believe its possible to do this with out a jetpack or other sort of cheating media. we nor i witnessed him do this feat as it was there when we got there (the record) i could be wrong and this is legit and i would love to so how this is possible.

Player was exploiting/cheating. 

I used the !noclip function and was barely making it under 7 seconds with typing the !noclip command and my name. 

This is the result of a jump pack exploit. The player Cype said "ohhh, this was before I was trusted, a friend of mine had shown me a glitch with console where you could basically increase the jump height of the jumppack" 

No punishment will be given at this time.
