When I watched these videos, I noticed that his hunting patterns are very, very odd.  He seems to hunt where props are, and stops hunting in areas after he found a prop.
I tried spectating him today, and he basically only got kills when I was not spectating him which makes me believe he has UAV so he knew I was spectating him.

In short, I firmly believe he is trying his best to hide his hacks.  I'll also start uploading my video, though it doesn't show much because he doesn't get kills when I'm watching.
