Especially given the lack of Australians on the server in recent weeks/months, I think it's valuable to have someone online & available to take care of the server in the wee hours of the morning. I don't believe activity is an issue for you at all, and I think you should have to opportunity to prove yourself as a staff member.

Nothing but good encounters over the past few months. Echoing the sentiment of others thus far, having extra staff on in late hours would be lovely.

+1 I've played a lot with soft recently and it always goes well. I haven't seen any issues with her and she's an enjoyable player to play with.
