What have been some challenges you've faced as a Trusted?: Back when I first became trusted, it was very difficult to manage a server on my own. There were numerous times where the server would have 20-30 people on and not have any other staff besides myself on, and it would become very overwhelming. This issue has gone away, due in part because of the increasing number of trusteds but also due to my own comfort being trusted going up over time.
What have you done well as Trusted?: I've always felt confident in the slays I've given. I believe there has only ever been one slay that I gave incorrectly, which was due to certain information I didn't have. While there are always gonna be those niche grey areas, as a whole I have always felt confident in my judgment.

Did you fill out the required scenario questions for rank you are applying for (Link Here)?: Yes
Other: I became trusted because I wanted to help the server improve and be able to handle reports in those situations when no other staff were online, which I believe I have done. I don't know if there is much more room for me to grow as a Trusted, and thus I'd like to become T-Mod so I can perform those duties more effectively. That was I can handle Mass-RDMers and Mingers more effectively.
EDIT: If I become a T-Mod, and I'm in-game and get on my T round and playing terribly on a Tuesday, would that make me a "T T T T-Mod on Dinks TTT on T" (Terrible Terrorist Traitor Test-Mod on Dinks Trouble in Terrorist Town on Tuesday)?
