Reason for Admins to Remove/Expire: Ryan would message me after the ban "Pursuent to the DM you received from Tdawg, this was sent in staff channels after you RDMed Market" ("this" being the name of the queue") and the DM from Tdawg being "All I can say in response, be careful. Do your best to not make vitriolic comments.". Market Down was trying to kill Kytn and started screaming "Kytn SHOT ME Kytn SHOT ME" before promptly dying. I made a queue titled "When im in a lying comp and my op is market down (i won)" The (i won) referring to when he shot me infront of the D room and he had not survived to win the round. It also referenced him saying he would queue Big Iron every chance he could and he didn't do that more than once. I hadn't RDM'd Market during Inno motel/when making the queue, It was 2 maps prior on MTT. I had joined under the name "milf in progress" because I didn't want to speak to anyone that night because of Tdawg's DM so I was hoping the quick mask would be enough for the day. It pretty much was except for Market who had sent me multiple messages Inviting me to drink with the girls, asked if I live in ireland, and just straight "also hi d33r". I had assumed by ignoring him he would stop eventually but he didn't and on the round he walked up to me and said verbally "hi d33r" I just shot him in annoyance with his actions. Of course he reported me where I told him exactly that I don't want to talk and me being silent wasn't an invitation to keep messaging me through the map. He forgave that report and apologized saying he'd rather I had said something instead of ignoring him. I would send a final pm that my point is that I shouldn't have to say anything. To his credit he didn't continue or try to argue anything and I do genuinely appreciate that but I don't appreciate him then going around and reporting the queue name that not even he apparently had the context for, not even asking why it was named that if he did feel uncomf or attacked. So as far as I understand from my previous conversations with Tdawg this was a warn for "Do not argue excessively or flame staff if you don’t get your way.". Yet nothing even happened for this to be an attack from a staff action or report, So I would love to get the ss of what Market said that led to this warn instead of one sentence from ryan that doesn't even merit to what happened.

I am a bit confused. You told him to stop communicating with you entirely, but then name dropped him in a queue, and expected him to message you? That seems a bit contradictory.

Of course I didn't expect him to message me because I didn't know he had a problem with my queue. I'm saying since he decided not to at least ask or ask someone to ask on his behalf it led to something being taken out of context. Tdawg's DM previously implied to me that its Vitriolic comments flaming staff for not getting my way in things. Nothing happened though, I don't even believe there was any reports for him to supposedly have Lied. So he assumed what happened and nobody asked me anything to even check if it was a comment made in malice. That shows I was warned off an assumption and to me, that is not a valid warn.

d33r, tensions with you and most of the staffing team as of late have been pretty high. I meant nothing by messaging you trying to make conversation beyond genuinely trying to reach out a friendly olive branch. I was trying to show you that I still considered us friends, I wasn't trying to out you for changing names or anything like that- people change steam names all the time, and I thought you were giving a new one a spin. My apology on MTT was genuine, and I stopped interacting with you as requested. This queue was later on in the evening, after around a half hour of no interaction. There was no way for me to know this was meant to be a joke (at my expense), and not you directly calling me a liar. You had asked me not to speak to you and I respected your wishes, and this felt more like an attack on my character. Earlier that same day you made sarcastic remarks about me directly referencing Bunniey's comment on my staff app. This kind of stuff is inflammatory, and is what led to the eventual flaming warn- it was a pattern of behavior, that queue was just straw that broke the camels back.

I'm actually going to give you a +0 on this appeal, since it concerns behavior against me and I think that I should abstain from anything but putting my word in.

For a flaming warn to occur, usually it means that there was repeated transgressions rather than a 1 off deal. I feel like there is more to this story that isn't mentioned in the post(s).
