I actually tried making an interesting blend of chili a few months back. A good chunk of the flavors come from a blend of fish sauce, soy sauce, dark chocolate, Worcestershire, imported Hungarian sweet paprika (SO much better than the store-bought stuff) and the tiniest amount of liquid smoke. It's an amazing blend that so far has either achieved or gotten close to the "Best Chili I've Ever Had" for everyone who's tried it.
