Availability (Approx. times you play, and time zone): I hop on anytime after 3:30-5 pm and will be on for random amounts of time until 12-2 am EST normally.
What have been some challenges you've faced as a Trusted?: The confidence that my choice was the correct one, or that my original take on something is correct. If it is a more complex situation I will sometimes bounce my choice off someone else who is of a higher position instead of going with what I know to be correct based on guidelines. In the end what someone else would do or thinks tends to be the same.
What have you done well as Trusted?: I am solid at handling reports, even the more niche side cases. I think I have a very good understanding of the RDM Manager as well as the warn system, and the other staff resources used by Trusted. I usually have all the needed information when creating a ban request. And I think I do a good job at maintaining a fun and positive server when I am on.

Did you fill out the required scenario questions for rank you are applying for (Link Here)?: Yes.
Other: I know it's stupid but I waited so long for this because I hate the color of TMod, but I definitely want to move up to better help the community in any way I can. I have noticed a lot of situations recently where I can only do so much to handle it with my current permissions and commands, and it leads to a not fun environment for the players having to be there when it happens.
(Trusted is the best color of any of the roles and that is a hill I will die on)
