What made you decide to apply?
I genuinely enjoy this community, the externals of life cause me to be pretty inactive on the TTT server and though I may chime in here and there I will never be able to be an overarching active presence there.
I believe discord is a place I can be a more consistent help, it being on my phone and my checking on the chats on a pretty frequent basis.
So in short, I want to put myself in a better position to help this community by staffing in an arena I can access against the things that cause me to be inactive on the TTT server.
I will be able to active as discord staff.
What do you plan to do to help the Discord community?
My only interest is doing everything I can to foster an environment where people in the community can enjoy themselves and relax, this is always and always has been my goal. I'm no staff rank climber, I'm not that guy.
I just want to put myself in a position to help.
This means understanding the social culture of the community and the rules that exist aside it.
It means being able to read the room, understand the differences between people in the community and doing what can be done to help them embrace how they make their fun here.
I'm a quiet guy, I sit back and watch, I try to nudge people in the right direction and I quickly handle people who obstruct.

Anything else to add?
We're in a period where I see a very low energy staff team, my lack of presence is just as guilty in this. I feel very compelled to do something, however small, about it. I'm always here to help and listen to people.
I'm sure most people that are going to bother looking at the forum know me BUT, if anyone has any questions for me feel free to ask them.

+1, you've got a strong head on your shoulders and when you play you're good at the staffing thing. my only concern is activity but if you're atleast a little more active than the other discord staff members then you'll do good in my book

You seem to have a very well-rounded approach based on your application, it's unfortunate I don't know you better, but based on your responses and some of the feedback so far, it seems like you would make a great fit.
Also, you are already on the staff team, which means you have a level of experience that is helpful when it comes to discord staffing.
