When did you first join the TTT Staff Team?: April 2025 

What do you plan to do as a TTT Admin? What is restricting you from accomplishing this as a Mod?: I want to take a more active role in representing the player base and helping the server. I believe I've built a pretty good relationship with players and want to use that to help bridge communication between the community and staff, making people feel heard. I also want to contribute to improving the server itself wherever possible. I feel limited in my ability to influence larger decisions and contribute to general server development discussions as mod. As an Admin, I would be able to take on more responsibility and play a more direct role in the server’s growth. I also aim to continue to be an approachable presence so players feel comfortable reaching out with concerns or suggestions.

How can you help the community beyond TTT as an Admin?: I believe I bring an objective and level-headed perspective when handling situations. I take the time to understand all sides while considering evidence before making decisions, which helps ensure fairness and consistency. Beyond TTT, I want to contribute to making the overall community a welcoming and inclusive space. Whether it’s assisting with issues within other servers, supporting other staff members, or helping resolve conflicts, I want to positively impact the community as a whole, not just TTT.

What made you decide to apply?: Several things influenced my decision to apply. The loss of Virunas and the renewed effort from certain people to revive TTT, were the bigger ones. While I cannot replace what Virunas contributed, I want to help step up and support the server moving forward. With the recent decline and revival efforts, it became clear that the server needs dedicated staff willing to invest time and effort into rebuilding and maintaining it. Over the past week, I’ve been driving this revival, and it feels amazing to see positive progress! I want to continue contributing to that momentum in a larger capacity.

Anything else you would like to add?:  I’m committed to the long-term success of the server and the community. I’m always open to feedback and continuously looking for ways to improve as a staff member. :3

I support this 100% and not because he's my friend. 

Anxelic is one of the driving forces in the revive arc that's going on, is a really good staff member, and is an level headed dude. He locks in when he needs to and has an incredibly good rapport with the wider community, making him an excellent admin candidate. Can't think of a better person to promote. I don't know much about his dev experience, but I can make a pretty good guess that he'd be really good with policy, balancing, and customization decisions because he's very smart.

+1, Anxelic does deserve the role of admin, they know exactly what they are doing. Really active on all platforms and we are down an admin. I see no better fit than Anxelic.

Also, an issue that I have seen over my time in the community is that once someone achieves admin status, they often disappear with respect to their gameplay and activity. How do you plan to stay connected and active in the community even after achieving admin status?

I think it mostly comes down to keeping the server active and fun to be in. If people join and see others playing, staff interacting, and everything running smoothly, they’re way more likely to stay. For new players, just being welcoming and not letting the environment get toxic makes a big difference. A good first impression goes a long way for people. Other than that, actually listening to what players want helps keep people interested and coming back. There have been a few guests the past couple weeks that have logged in and played more than one day in a row which has been cool to see, hopefully we continue to get more of those and less of the ones being minge.

I plan to stay active by continuing to play, not sure how else to say it haha. I missed playing TTT during the dead period, and decided enough was enough and have been attempting to revive. I have no plans to stop playing. :)

Right, I had given up and moved on, and this app actually made me log back into the forums.
In the few times I've tried to join, only 3-4 times have seen the server actually up. Anxelic has been on each time.
With all due respect to the current admin team of Chibill, Bunniey, and Tieflling, whom I consider myself on friendly terms with, their absence in the server has contributed to the decline of the TTT server.
Frankly, only the efforts of a hard-working mod, Anxelic, as well as some other players, have revived the server - and recent playtimes show that the only admin on the server during the revival over the past month has been Chibill, who joined 4 times. Post application posting, both Tiefling and Bunniey have joined the server - but not during the revival efforts. Virunas stepped down from admin - something I did when I knew I was no longer going to be active - and I hope there is some reflection amongst other admins in the future as to whether they are really working on the server, or just holding a spot.
I am not trying to call out the admins in this post - it is a long-standing practice of Dinks that inactivity is not a proper basis of criticism (no matter how much I disagree with the sentiment myself). Plus, I am not sure as to what is ongoing in the admin room. Perhaps folks are active and working to solve the problem, perhaps not.
What is for sure, is that "no need for an admin" is a logically flawed argument, should it come up. Anxelic has earned a red tag, for whatever little that is worth nowadays, and I think he should be made TTT admin as soon as our beloved owner gets around to replacing the structural duct tape around the pointshop system.
At this point, it cannot get worse than it has been. Hell, we made Damien a forum mod - that should be a sign of the times. There's no reason not to give the kid a chance.
