I feel like it kind of fits a whole we don't currently have much of which is just a simple but creepy and distinct playermodel! Always loved the Plague Doctor look too!

Jesus, So many suggestions of player models, I kind of agree with some models that Nuru posted from Rwby series, Kirito, and Deadpool and of course from Alora, Joker and Futaba. Too bad there no skull or Ryuji model for gmod yet....
