Those are thumbnail images not the actual images. You'd need to fix that so we can see them

You can find gmod screenshots at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\163370035\760\remote\4000\screenshots"
(try a different folder inside of userdata in case the folder is different for me)
