Sadly this isn't enough for me to ban them but after being on the server with him and the others, they are all at a kick level if they start again and should be banned after that. Thanks for the report.
P.S we look for the steam 32 id for ban requests, you can pull them in game from the tab menu by clicking Steam 32 and it will copy it for you or using a steam id finder online, there are quite a few. For example the guy you reported id is STEAM_0:1:43042641.
