-1. Did you even read the requirements for the app? Do some ban requests, provide PROOF of your houra and your old name, be active on forums and discord. The hours requirement is for this server alone. Gametracker shows you played literally once in the past 30 days, and the first role you would apply for is trusted, not straight for tmod.
