This has impersonated staff before but has not received any extensive punishment I think it's about time they got there day ban (+1).
Ps. A quick tip if you go into the console and type status then hit enter you will get a list of the players online including the time they have been on that session, steam id, names you can do a few things with this but what I like to do is screen shot it and save it for later use if I need it.
