"yea that dude was pushing 300+ ping every single time the ttt server went down" from the discord. He's apparently well known for doing this. I tried looking him up on Steam to see if they went by any other aliases, and I couldn't find them.

Same, I looked him up on TEC and account is 15 days old, no record of another associated account. Probably is the same person that has been causing issues on the server beforehand last week on our server.
