I agree with this take on the situation. Some of this evidence does have merit and some does not, but the main issue is that rarely anyone trust Tiefling (including myself). I have tried to make friends with her in the past and I got told I was not genuine because I had just called her out on her Admin application. I am a very straightforward and blunt person so I told her while I do agree with my statements that I made, I am willing to put that all under the bridge and start fresh. These are just my personal experiences with Tiefling and I do agree that Tiefling lacks the communication skills to rebuild burnt bridges. Now, we could be on the server together and I will never get address by Tiefling unless she believes I am doing something wrong staff wise. I have had a couple cases where I had to explain myself to her even though nothing was wrong with the way I handled a report. I have no screenshots of this unfortunately so, before you ask take these statements with a grain of salt. I believe there are definitely things that need to be addressed with Tiefling, but some of the points in the document are irrelevant.

 The way you reach out to people out of nowhere to be friends when you haven't been around in a while and how dedicated you tend to act towards people who don't know you is uncomfortable. You can't blame tief when the first thing you did when you "came back" was argue with people on the thread. Not everyone wants to be friends with everyone. I constantly see you complain about how someone wont be friends with you and how "I'm the chillest person in dinks" while non stop complaining about someone being slightly disrespectful for weeks. Someone doesn't have to be friends or build communication with you if they don't want to. If someone decides that your personalities don't mesh enough to be friends they can just not be friends.
