I have tried to make friends with her in the past and I got told I was not genuine because I had just called her out on her Admin application. I am a very straightforward and blunt person so I told her while I do agree with my statements that I made, I am willing to put that all under the bridge and start fresh. These are just my personal experiences with Tiefling and I do agree that Tiefling lacks the communication skills to rebuild burnt bridges.

I have no interest or obligation in being friends or "rebuilding burnt bridges" with someone who is constantly talking shit about me behind my back. These two messages happened 20 minutes apart.

This shits disgusting. From genuine misogyny to trying to "trying to make friends" is beyond gross, no wonder she doesn't interact with you when possible. 
Regardless, the reasoning behind the "trust issues" being cause for concern can be said for the entire admin team, public trust in TTT admins is at an all time low due to how divided the community is, not to mention the other reasons.

I won’t comment much about the doc, but I think one of the biggest issues is that I know of very few that DO trust Tiefling as an admin. I have discussed this topic with several regulars and other staff members; even Prop Hunt staff. Outside of her friends, not one has told me they trust Tiefling. I have been told by multiple people that they believe she is too biased and incompetent to be staff, let alone admin. That she is untrustworthy and even her style of staffing is something to question. That she has burned several bridges and lacks the communication skills to repair any relationships within the community. I will say that a lot of this Google doc is irrelevant (a lot of it is relevant as well), but for me, the lack of trust by a huge margin of the community is something to look into.

I agree with this take on the situation. Some of this evidence does have merit and some does not, but the main issue is that rarely anyone trust Tiefling (including myself). I believe there are definitely things that need to be addressed with Tiefling, but some of the points in the document are irrelevant.

I have never ignored any staffing related inquiries, but as previously stated I do not owe you friendship. I keep neutral distance to avoid conflict and respond to anything staff related.

I don't recall this happening, but I do recall you questioning and second guessing every warn I give while you're on that would be explained easily by taking 2 seconds to read chat or reports, ranging from rdm and leave to sexual harassment.

First off, I always talked shit to your face and in front of people on the forums. I don't gotta say shit behind your back cause I could care less about what you think. That has been made very apparent as I post my feelings about everything, rather than talk shit behind peoples back. Also, I don't say anything towards your staffing when we are both on so I do not know where that is coming from. Nobody said you owe me friendship, but did I expect maybe a cordial response and a potential to start new, maybe not resulting in friendship, but being able to be friendly towards each other, yes I did.

So I am just curious. Why is there a double standard in play? Tiefling can say she "hates all men" but if I believe her being a female had something to do with her getting Admin I am in the wrong? Crazy how that works isn't it. I'll be straight up, yes I do believe that had a part to play with her getting Admin. I feel anyone who disagreed with her being Admin got hit with the 'it's cause she's a women right?' so how can you expect people not to believe that played a part. The double standard for the shit Tiefling can say but I can't is amazing. She is no better than I am, but her clique cannot see that obviously XD.

I aint in no clique, but this is very wrong to be throwing out there. I personally think this shows the behaviour of someone who does not belong on the staff team.
