Small update

• Search bar added to nominate screen
  
• Silenced pistol now spawns with full ammo, sound level and recoil increased a bit
  
• Added map tags that prevent maps assigned the same tag from being played back to back without affecting their individual cooldowns, overplayed maps will be given the "popular" tag to encourage map variety and reduce burnout while not decreasing the overall playtime of those maps
