I'll start off by saying your ban is not for 1-month, its for 1-day. As for why you were banned, you received a 10-point harassment warn for continuing to accuse a player of cheating in chat after you had been asked to stop by another staff member. I wasn't there for the whole thing but these are the screenshots I took: Pic1 and Pic2. Overall I'm at a -1 for removing the ban/warn.
