I'm neutral for the moment. I appreciate that you have taken significant time since your last appeal, and while I said originally 2025 would be a likely scenario, I think you are probably close enough to handle any time related issues.
I think my biggest concern is that as a former staff member,your behavior should be above these type of issues. I don't believe that'll be an issue moving forward based on your response. But, I think the opinions of those most affected by your action should be accounted for before I support your appeal.
