To elaborate on my +1 and address the concerns previously brought up by Oven and Rand:

I think that BG is more than qualified to move up to Tmod. No, I don’t think he’s perfect, but I think he’s trustworthy enough to get karma bans to deal with Mass RDMers/Hackers.

Bg, even if you get Tmod, keep asking your clarifying questions and don’t stop getting opinions from others. I believe that all levels of staff should stay asking for the opinions of others
