I’m going to try and find a hobby or activity one day a week that involves something other than just going home after work. Looking at either taking a Spanish language class or pottery right now. Also, I’m going to start eating lunch.

just an idea see if you have a local brewery that has weekly events. There's one near me that has weekly cornhole, weekly meetups for certain groups (run club, school alumni, etc.)
