honestly pretty funny and not really ban worthy imo, maybe a gag but that's pretty funny.

anyways back to the topic at hand and not you seething over me making a joke you didn't like/this guy making jokes you don't like

Making mountains out of mole hills for jokes you don't like isn't really the gotcha that some people think it is. Dinks has had WAY more drama filled people come back (or even be admins lol) so I think some kid coming back two years later is perfectly reasonable.

It's not just "Jokes" the admins didn't like, it's directly against the rules of the server. What's the "joke" in calling someone a pedophile for killing you if not entirely shock value. It's meant to be shocking because it's wrong, and because it's wrong it's against the rules. Your humor and what you find funny does not dictate the rules.

It's also kind of silly to keep saying "We've unbanned worse". Like yeah no shit we've unbanned worse, it doesn't excuse the actions of the person you are talking about though and if it's half of your argument for an unban it's likely not to be a strong argument.


I like mocha, and I want mocha unbanned and able to play so I'll +1 an unban or a reduction, but I'm not gonna sit here and act like he did nothing wrong in my eyes, mocha said some edgy and fucked up things that got them (rightfully) banned, and genuinely apologizing is a good start to the unban process. If anything, an unban with a warn point probation or even a permanent warn point on the record that they can appeal at a later date would be a fair way to unban them but keep them on a short leash.

Not that I'm refuting your end point there, but has anyone else been put on probation after being unbanned, or had a permanent warn point? I've seen people unbanned for worse and didn't see anything like probation or a permanent warn point on their record or having to deal with. Making an epstein island joke or whatever he directly said doesn't seem like it needs a permanent warn point.
