Sorry if this isn’t constructive, but it’s admittedly difficult to make any form of judgement call without the context of the situation. 

Is there a way that we can see the verbiage of the warn and the content of the offending message?

as far as i can tell the only word was "harassment". unfortunately i didn't save my message but as i understand it some staff have access to it. sorry i don't have any more information than that
