Need more info for lifting the 12 point warn depending on context- was this a concerted effort over multiple days lagging and attempting to crash the server or a one off?
Multiple days and times, leave the warn and thus the three day ban. It will expire eventually. If this is the case, -1.
One off dumb behavior he thought was funny at the time, lift the warn. I think his suggestion of making it a 4 point trolling warn is a good one. If this is the case, +1.
