I know when I saw the video recording of it, it was a bit conflicting for me. My overall take on it though, is that Moist killed Insatiable by sacrificing themselves to the D turrets, effectively winning the Ts the round. However, that is not what ended up happening because since you revived goth, you caused there to be one more innocent than before. That in of itself would not have been an issue, as you just kill Goth and then that's a T win. However, by killing yourself instead, you then changed the outcome of the round to an inno victory, which does in turn effects scoring, map-end drops, etc. I understand it it was just for fun, but your shenanigans changed the outcome of the game.
In my opinion, I honestly feel like you would have had a pretty good chance of appealing the warn. From my own perspective, it looked like you did it for the funny rather than attempting to be malicious and I personally believe intent does matter quite a bit. Instead, you chose to write a random blurb instead of following the standard appeal process (which wasn't a super big deal at first). Then, when you were told you needed to use the proper formatting and explained why you received the warn, you instead doubled down by not only NOT correcting your post to the proper format, but also saying fun quotes such as:
