The only thing holding you back from being reasonably auto accepted is the alt evasion. I would appeal the other account first if you can. If not, I am sure something else can be worked out in your favor. I advise not making those types of jokes in the future though.. leaves a bad taste.

Do we even know if it was a joke?  Since it doesn't say in the ban that it was for a joke and I can't find any info as to why Noire banned them orignally back in 2021 for "Pedophilia & Chatspam" in staff chat anywhere. 

Regardless, they have to make an appeal. I think a lot of people who were a lot edgier have cooled down. Keep them on a tight leash for any kind of humor along those lines and snip it in the bud. Then again, its all a matter of if he makes the appeal for the other account in the first place.
