I just reviewed the format in This Post, and I didn’t see an option for a Lead Developer role- it says applications are open for PH Dev and TTT Dev. Unless I’m missing something, you’ve created a role and asked for not only that completely new role, but expressed interest in a co-owner role. If I’m wrong please tell me, but this doesn’t feel like something that’s even on the table based on the expressed needs of the current staff.
