We have heard this story before. He has been perma banned MULTIPLE times before... how many chances do we have to give people? I understand that people can change, but he has continued to show over the course of multiple years that he has not changed one bit. Every time he gets banned he appeals, gets the appeal, then six months later is back on the same behavior that got him banned in the first place. I do not support an un-ban in this instance. if it was his first, maybe his second, sure, but three strikes your out.
