@chibill i think the question is whether or not it counts as harassment, not how to punish harassment.
"Sexual Harassment (12 points) is behavior characterized by the making of unwelcome and inappropriate sexual remarks or advances."
dickrash was making a joke, not an advance, and d33r wasn't there to feel any way about it at the time. so the only question is if it was too inappropriate to be said on server. i don't think it was, but even if it were too inappropriate, that would warrant a verbal warning for overly offensive/sexual topics, and not anything to do with harassment.
