I remember your ban - I'm of the opinion that you've learned (pretty quickly) from the mistake, as demonstrated by the lack of any additional conduct requiring disciplinary action since then. 

You've got the required time & activity and you tend to play at often under-staffed hours of the day. Additionally, I really appreciate your temperament on-server and I think you do a good job contributing to the smiles and laughs when you're present. I like those things :)
