I have talked to you several times and what I can gather you seem to be very involved in the community and have a passion for helping others. Though from what I can see inside of this thread, you have some disqualify-able habits relating to cutting off communication from staff members during constructive criticism or not displaying very strong de-escalation skills.

Because of what staffing on here typically entails, I will go with a +0 for now. If I do see some changes down the road though I will definitely go for an upvote. Right now though, I think given your circumstances this type of role might take a toll on you. Good luck though!! ^^
