To preface, I believe harassment (sexual or not) should be handed out sparingly, and with due regard for the person who would be the "victim/target" of said harassment. Considering that the person who was the subject of the statement did not even hear the comment (had chat disabled, as previously mentioned) I don't think this constitutes harassment. I mean hell, the actual wording of the sexual harassment warning (available in the staff guidelines, accessible by all within the TTT rules) is "unwelcome and inappropriate sexual remarks or advances". It can't exactly be unwelcome if the target is not aware that it is happening. That would immediately drop this to an overly sexual warn.
Now on the grounds of that overly sexual warn. Context really matters here, and the context was a play on the words "coming" and "cumming". While edgy I've seen cases of this same play on words ignored by moderators and admins alike previously. Especially given the context of the play on words, it really isn't something I'd consider something worthy of a warn.
So, due to the fact that:
1. The person who was the target of the comment was not aware of the comment to begin with
2. The person who was the target of the comment has not (to my knowledge) expressed that they have been uncomfortable by this comment and would classify it as Sexual Harassment to them
3. The comment itself has been a play on words that has been previously ignored/allowed
4. The context of said comment further backs up point 3
I think at minimum this warn should be dropped down to a 6 point overly sexual warn. I'd actually be in more favor of dropping this warn off all together and instead going with a verbal, just because previous precedent has stated that this kind of play on words has been okay previously.
TLDR:
+1 Sexual Harassment being removed, +0 replacing with a overly sexual warn and +1 with removing all warns and instead replacing with a verbal.
