Hi! I gave the warn! Gonna go through this point by point.

...Hey gang, just got muted/gagged after making ONE dumb s*xual joke (censored) to CloudySkies which ended up on all chat. No people actually caught on it besides Cloudy and Staff since there was a hype going about special round voting at that time and some of the people noticed what happened after I received warn for it...

A comment not being noticed by others does not change it's context, and as such does not reduce it's severity. It's still a comment that falls under the overly sexual umbrella. Also, censoring it does not reduce the severity of the comment. It doesn't take a college degree to figure out what was being said, and even so a word being censored does not make it any better than if it was said normally. Slur warns are a great example of this.

...I double checked the MOTD incase yall changed the definition again and I've noticed that warns should be issued if the offender continues such discussion after being told not to. I was nor warned by STAFF nor repeated this discussion in next map change...

You are correct on that. However, that same rule also says "This rule should be enforced more strictly when minors are present on the server." There were indeed minors present, thus why it jumped up a bit in severity and skipped the verbal.

..The joke wasn't even that bad, mostly censored and it was an insider between him and Cloudy. After the warn some guest was talking about his "p*ssy hole" without any punishment...

I do agree to an extent that the joke was not the worst case of "overly sexual" that's been seen. However, I deemed it far enough past the line to deem a warn. Also, just because someone else did something doesn't make it okay to repeat that action. More than likely it was just a comment missed by staff. If I heard that comment, I'd also give a Overly Sexual warn for that too especially if the aforementioned minors were still present.

As for the warn itself, I'm not 100% opposed to this warn being wiped from the books. Like I said, a big part of the reason why it got jumped straight to a warn is that there were younger folks present. It's also not the most terrible thing ever said (the reason there was such a large gap between the mute/gag and the actual warn was due to me conferring with other staff members about it's severity) as far as overly sexual goes. You've been a good noodle otherwise, so I'd be okay with it getting swept under the rug. I would just be a bit more careful about making comments similar to that in the future, especially if there are younger players present.

TLDR: Stand by the warn itself, but am okay with it getting wiped. +0.5

Good to see both point of views. Easier to understand now. Your answer is also a huge +1 to you for being able to look at this again and give a 0.5. I am all for mods that can look at a thing over again if a ban or warn is for a minor incident. And I'm sure Uriel will be a little more carefull in the future either outcome of this apeal
