First off, your warn was only issued by Damien after another staff member noticed it in relay and posted about it in staff chat. Secondly, Slater was demoted for leaking staff chat.
If you feel like there was staff abuse then actually make an abuse thread, prove actual evidence of abuse OR stop complaining when you break the rules and get punished for it. Pretty simple.
