I think the server would be in incredible hands with both ryan and rand as web admins. Shit covered hands (we all know what rand gets up to in his free time..), but incredible hands. Rand has proved himself to be not only a staple community member, but also a staple staff member. He's a go-getter, a stalwart, and makes funny comments when people say stupid things or make stupid decisions. I couldn't think of a better candidate, -1.
