I know your history in the community is all over the place and I am unfamiliar with your latest work. Keep an open mind, approach things from more than one perspective, ask the big questions and try to focus on one problem at a time.

I know I have had issues with you in the past but it has been long enough that I cannot remember details and it was probably over stupid shit anyways compared to the bigger issues that were faced.
