hate to break it to some of you but there isn't really a way to prove that someone "has changed" if they can't play on the server, unless you're looking for a video of him volunteering at a soup kitchen or an animal shelter. just say you don't like the person (which is valid) and move on - there's no point sugarcoating it with some bs reason lol


also people with permanent bans get unbanned all the time, like people who cheat, mass rdm, troll, etc. permanent bans are usually not permanent, just indefinite

Stoke every time he has been perma banned for hitting the max awarn threshold he has claimed he has changed in the appeal, then we unban him eventually and the cycle repeats.   

How many times of someone claiming they have changed but proving they haven't at all is enough?
