I think the only fair way for the admins to let caribou back in is to keep them on an extremely short leash like 6 points away from a perma or something while also having it be the final final time they can appeal for a long time. If caribou is gonna come back and do the same thing they'll just get rebanned.

caribou does have a history of being a really bad problem player but I don't think it's fair to compare to other players because the situations are so different to other people. The cases between other players with big ban/warn histories are very different depending on the player (shaye, sweepy, SpencerG, steelwaffle, Pooh.. to name a few)
