I don't interact with anyone outside of the server due to the weird personalities and CONSTANT DRAMA . It's not necessarily a bad thing for someone to stay quiet, a lot of you (I hope) are extremely young and act like this game is the end all be all of life and it's not. I do agree with someone when they said if you guys are just going to keep your mind made up on the same decision without being reasonable, why don't you ban him permanently from the forums since it's clear you guys are not open to letting him back in no matter what he does.
Another edit: He just wants to play with his friends, so why can't you guys look at another option in regarding to perma gagging or muting him for a extended period of time?
The weird personalities and constant drama are the ultimate reason why most people leave or don't interact on discord; I know in my own case that's one of the major reasons I stopped playing.
Don't get me wrong, I'd never consider myself friends with him because in the past I have found him to be divisive and rude to people I consider to be friends, but that stuff was... too long ago for me to remember. I don't particularly like him, but I don't care enough to waste my energy being angry with someone I'll never meet.
Although I understand the sentiment of "oh wow, he's always going to be a jerk and has proven it over and over again," I don't understand how unbanning him with a tight leash isn't a fair outcome; especially if people cannot find the reasoning for why he was banned (Ryan gave the last warn), why is there such a resistance to the tight chain approach? It's worked for others in the past because even if they mess up, boom they're gone again.
Perhaps if people made strives to be more forgiving and not on holding unhealthy ONLINE grudges, we'd have a lot less issues with community engagement amongst ourselves.
