+1 for a long time community member and positive presence on the server.
I think assessing a person's regularly observed actions and patterns of behavior should be one of the largest parts in deciding whether or not something should become a part of a their permanent record, plus weighing the necessity and/or benefit of keeping that specific player on a shorter leash and under that microscope. Personally having spent a lot of time playing on the server with frost myself I don't see and haven't seen anything that supports maintaining the burden of the warn points indefinitely, especially given the length of time since the points were issued. Free the homie frfr ??
