Availability (Approx. times you play, and time zone): Mostly weekends these days, sometimes pretty late, sometimes I get eepy. Occasionally weekdays, more likely if help is direly needed. 

What have been some challenges you've faced as a Tmod?: This question gets really hard because I don't really think of these things as challenges. Pretty much anything on-server can be solved by just putting a bit more time into the solution, y'know? Especially since I've done this for a very hot minute. 

What have you done well as Tmod?: Voice of reason, simmering problems on server, taking on hefty loads by myself with pretty good efficiency, being generally well-liked. I even take my share of reports now, I'm doing good I promise. 

Have you had any Staff Strikes? (Link Relevant Posts): I don't think so 

Have you previously applied for staff? (Link Relevant Posts): Probably more times than Damien, I'd just go look it'll look less ugly without all the links. 

What, in your mind, makes someone a good candidate for Mod? Do you feel that you exemplify these qualities? An understanding of the rules that transcends just reading off the motd to a point where people will come to  you instead of it. A level of comradery not just with fellow staff, but players as well. A willingness to sometimes to honestly difficult jobs, finding hackers, dealing with harassment. There exists this weird thing in the community currently that didn't used to be there where the admin team is the end-all-be-all, go to them for any questions or any help or anything that's tough, but it used to be the mods in that group as well, honestly even moreso than the admin team at times. It's definitely a sign of a healthy admin team, but I think it hurts the nature of the mod role when the current precedent is "oh, we should consult the admins about this" when a few still active mods we have have more playtime than all of the admins combined, literally. I think I do exemplify these, as people won't stop bugging me to apply, people ask me a lot of questions and whatnot.

Other: My gametracker looks pretty shitty, but you can see a pretty obvious trend. I almost only play weekends these days, with one or two days outside of that, but it's consistent.
