To the Dinkleberg’s TTT Administration and Moderation Team,

I write to you today not only on behalf of Hong, but on behalf of the principle that people can reflect, grow, and return to a community better than when they left it.

Hong acknowledges the behavior that led to his ban, specifically the instances of toxicity that went against the spirit of your server's rules and community expectations. He is not here to deny these events—doing so would be dishonest. Rather, Hong owns up to his past actions and regrets the impact they may have had on players and staff. He understands now that a server built on fun, fairness, and respect must be protected from behavior that disrupts those values.

That said, I ask that you consider several points in evaluating whether a permanent or extended ban remains justified:

    Sincere Remorse & Accountability
Hong has taken time away from the community and genuinely regrets how he behaved. He recognizes how his words and actions may have alienated others. He is not appealing simply to “play again,” but because he genuinely wishes to return as a better version of himself—a version more in line with the Dinkleberg community standards.

    No Pattern of Malicious Intent
While there may have been isolated outbursts or poor behavior, Hong’s actions were not rooted in malicious intent to harm the community. More often than not, toxicity arose from moments of frustration, poor judgment, or misunderstanding. That doesn't excuse it, but it does show that this is not someone who came to troll or destroy—but someone who momentarily lost sight of the bigger picture.

A Willingness to Accept Probation or Restriction
Hong is willing to return under reasonable terms. Whether that be a temporary probationary period, gag/mute limits, or closer staff monitoring, he is prepared to demonstrate his reform through consistent good conduct rather than just words.

    Positive Contributions in the Past
Hong was once a regular, active member of the community. His gameplay, humor, and presence contributed to many enjoyable rounds and interactions. That side of him still exists—and is ready to return in full, now tempered by the maturity that time and consequence bring.

Conclusion

The decision to unban someone is never easy, and I don’t ask this lightly. But I do ask: if the goal of a ban is correction and reflection, then surely the opportunity to prove change must also exist.

Hong is ready for that opportunity. I respectfully request that the moderation team review his appeal and consider a second chance—not just as forgiveness, but as recognition of the human capacity to learn, change, and make things right.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
fanta
