+1 I dont know frost really but i was there when Frost was banned + I often play at the same times as them and from what I've witnessed frost has always been level-headed. The situation which lead to them getting banned was controversial and I don't think they deserve a permaban, if anything the ban appeal length is enough of a punishment for what was honestly a very tame incident. I hope to see them playing again because they are a very good player who's fun to play against and rarely gets into these kinds of situations. +1
