+1 on ban being lifted, I'm aware of the rules though I also think that a perma ban for a one-time offense of mass rdm is too harsh a punishment especially for a regular player without any major bans or history doing things like this. I, like many other people, enjoy frosts presence on the server and hope to play with them again soon!
