having an "appropriate" target does not make certain attacks ok. Also because your target is on one side of the issue does that open the doors to ignore the rules in regards to that person. 

agree. when there is a clear antagonist in a situation retaliation never makes anything better, and it makes dealing with the issue at hand a longer and more annoying process. you don't have to stir the pot guys im pretty sure that the 2-3 hour war in the discord wasn't easy to miss.
