Rand gave his stance for discord. My first post still summarizes my thoughts.
Just so staff have something to point to and it is clear going forward I/we went ahead and added "Cracker" to the Note under the 6 point Racism/Sexism/Derogatory Language warn. Like Rand said, I would expect this to be currently enforced more strictly than it other wise would be because of the context of the last few days.
Note: “Nigga” is allowed as long as it is not used derogatorily, maliciously, or to troll.

If this thread starts looping I will close or ask Ryan to close it. I think all the possible positions/takes have been given at this point.
