What have been some challenges you've faced as a Trusted?: Handling an overly chaotic server as only staff with >6 reports per map, not giving in to ragebait / furthering arguments
What have you done well as Trusted?: Overall I think I've maintained a pretty positive reputation as Trusted. I'm active on the staff discord (and often in the #ttt channel on main) and constantly looking to improve the server. I promptly handle reports and submit ban requests with evidence for hacks/minge, etc. I try to be as thorough with my watchlist evidence as possible.

Other: Unfortunately I took a pretty long break after getting accepted but I've been back playing for the past few months and think I'm ready to take the next step in helping out the community.
