I personally believe if you are on the dev team you should also/already be apart of staff team in some way. On top of that i think you would be a great addition to staff. You understand the game and have previous experience staffing in other game modes which is basically the same principle.
The only thing id say i have an issue with is you not having fun with TTT anymore. I lowkey feel like you should enjoy playing what you are applying to be staff in, just kinda a weird vibe. Cause its usually staffing that makes people dislike TTT when they enjoyed it prior.
