so im a little confused, how does having a staff role positively change your experience in the server?
you mention that you only want the interactions, funny moments, and community but becoming a staff member doesn't normally change any of that.
you will still have to play with the bhop sweatlords (which i do get how annoying it can be to play with those kinds of players) and people walking up and doming you. it sounds like there are staff on or you wouldnt be getting slain for rdm.
being staff wont make your t buddies start fighting their friends. you dont have to be staff to not feel the pressure to actually compete and can alt walk around doing sprays and have conversations.
"I want to still be able to provide something to the game in the form of handling reports and warns to keep the good times rolling. Without the stress of if I'm going to accidently kill a T-Buddy because he didn't tell me he muted my voice chat or the detective not mentioning they gave a freeze gun to a random person who I kill for having a t weapon." How does being staff change this stressor? you are not allowed to handle your own reports as far as i know, so its just another cause and effect that you mention that doesnt really make too much sense to me.

if you dont get staff this time around and apply in the future, it might be more beneficial to keep it to this sort of sentiment. "I'm already helping the community as a TTT DEV with new weapons and cosmetics but I want to do more for it.
